Cartmel Races - Cartmel Races take place over the May and August bank holiday weekends with an extra race in July.  The Blue House Bed and Breakfast is just a few miles from the race course and a great place to stay for race weekends.  Book well in advance due to popular demand.

The blue house bed and breakfast is close to some of the best dining experiences in the country – close by in Cartmel is Simon Rogan’s Michelin starred restaurant L’Enclume and his newly opened eatery - Rogan and Co.  And just two miles down the road is the award winning Bridge Bistro.
