A lovely ground floor bedroom with it's own front door. This room has been recently refurbished to enhance the original 17th century oak beam and stone fire place. The lakeland-slate floor has the benefit of underfloor heating. The room is fully equiped with a Freeview tv, DVD player, DVDs and tea & coffee making facilities.

A beautiful, tranquil room with wonderful views of the surrounding fells and grazing sheep in the neighbouring field. The room is fully equiped with Freeview TV, DVD player, DVDs and tea & coffee facilities.

Both the rooms are fully equipped to make your stay homely and relaxing with cosy towelling robes, toiletries and home baked biscuits .

An Aga-cooked breakfast will set you up for the day - with the choice of porridge, pancakes and a full English Breakfast, in addition to juice, cereal, freshly baked bread, English Tea and Fresh Coffee. This is served in the stone-flagged dining room with its wood-burning stove.
